1. Sales team training
- The recommended program starts with a free of charge assessment of the situation, through interviews or digital survey
- We do a one day group training focused on consultative selling skills or strategic selling (depending on the group and the business)
- The learning is completed with individual coaching sessions, optionally including customer double visits. This consolidates the behavioural change of the learning process.
- You can decide to execute only parts of this program if it suits better your situation.

3. Management coaching
This package can be customized to the customer’s needs. Usually we start with a free of charge chemistry session and extends for a minimum of five sessions of one hour.

- Mentoring session with focus on commercial aspects
- Mentoring session focused on leadership and team

5. Commercial strategy consulting program
Most businesses have very good ideas. The ones that win are those which execute them.
The goal of the sales strategy consulting program is to ensure a coherent strategy and an effective execution, aligning daily activities with the strategic goals.
The process starts with an asessment to understand the starting point and the level of definition of the existing strategy. This is done through interviews or platform based surveys.
In a series of teamwork sessions we will define objectives, KPIs and actions, to create a strategy map based on the Kaplan and Norton model. This model establishes objectives at four levels: financial, customer, operational excellence, people and knowledge. It can also be extended to social responsibility goals.
Finally we will design the balaced score card to be used in the management and communication of the progress.
The program requires at least two weeks, including five work sessions with the customer, and can vary depending the complexity of your business.
